REFUND POLICY
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7-10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- COVID-related items (i.e. Disinfectants, Hand Sanitizers, Personal Protective Equipment, Social Distancing Signage)
- Non-Stock or Special Order Items
- Pre-Order, Pre-Sale Items
- Items covered in the New York State Polystyrene Foam Ban, the details of which can be found at

- All Pre-Order or Pre-Sale items are non-cancelable and must be prepaid by credit card, ACH, or a Non-Cancelable Purchase Order.
